Systems engineer based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I build AI-powered backend systems with Node.js, TypeScript and C#, focused on products that work in production and make sense to both engineering and business teams.

My recent work includes RAG systems, OCR pipelines, Redis caching, Webhooks and cloud evaluation for banking workflows. In parallel, I build Web3 and SaaS projects, with international hackathon experience and a #89 worldwide DEV3PACK ranking.
